1. Access to the ClientInfo AdminCentre is restricted to approved administrators of the training platform at Any access by any other person is unauthorised and illegal.

2. The ClientInfo Admin Centre is where we manage our relationship with our clients. It is not in any way connected to the training platform. The two systems have a number of discrete features to enhance security. ClientAdmin user names are the same for both platforms but passwords and other security methods are deliberately different. Logging into one does not grant access to the other.

3. If you can't remember your password, click on "Request New Password" - an e-mail will be sent to your registered email address. Make sure your email filters are set to accept mail from If your spam filters block the mail, we cannot communicate with you.

4. The content of the site behind the login is confidential to our clients. Therefore it does not appear on the front page or in public menus. You must log in to access e.g. support, FAQs etc.

5. Remember: All technical and content support, plus orders for more users and renewals are dealt with exclusively through the ClientAdmin InfoCentre, not by telephone or e-mail.
