At the heart of every QuickToLearnMore installation is the QuickAdministrator.
Administrators are appointed by a QuickClient. QuickToLearnMore creates the QuickClient's account, and creates a QuickAdministrator account. The QuickAdministrator has a number of very simple functions:
1) to add details of QuickTrainees, and to assign them to relevant modules.
2) to monitor the progress of QuickTrainees and respond appropriately
3) to produce QuickReports for relevant managers, directors and regulators.
A QuickAdministrator cannot be, under that identity, a QuickTrainee: this is to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
QuickAdministrators have access to the QuickSupport Ticket system.
